Lentil soup and rest day.

Lentils. Carrots. Onion. Garlic. Olive oil. A little salt. A little pepper.  Jasmine white rice, rinsed. Water. Butter and a tiny bit of salt. Smokey Robinson and the Miracles. Diana Ross and the Supremes. Moby. It is sunny and 42°F. No clouds. The fire is going. The television is not. Birds are flying by. So are thoughts. Neither are being tended to--just watched with amusement--and both eventually slow down to one or two here and there.Lentil soup and rest.  Create for yourself some variation of this, regularly.
